RN Field Case Manager

Field Case Manager – Denver, CO Primary Responsibilities: Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers, families and caregivers as they navigate the recovery process. Assist injured workers in achieving recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources, and service facilitation. Identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services, ensuring that available resources are utilized in a timely and cost‑effective manner to obtain optimum value for both the client and the reimbursement source. Qualifications and Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. Must live in the Denver, CO area. Valid driver’s license and high‑speed internet required. Prior Field Case Manager experience in workers‑compensation preferred (minimum 1.5 years). Clear and conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, analysis, and discretion. Ability to handle work‑related stress, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. May be contingent upon successful completion of a motor‑vehicle record (MVR) check. Reasonable accommodations will be considered when applicable. Compensation: Annual salary range of $85,000–$92,000. Quarterly bonus eligibility.
