Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand individual mental health challenges and create customized therapy plans tailored to their needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and more, to address specific client situations effectively.

• Implement evidenced-based behavioral therapy approaches to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and progress within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance and facilitating optimal patient care.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development activities, including training and supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and adapt to evolving best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven ability to manage varying client needs effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with EMR systems is highly desirable and will enhance your ability to track client progress efficiently.
