Retos del puesto
Garantizar que cada lead generado por las campañas digitales de Dentsply Sirona México reciba contacto en un plazo máximo de 24-48 horas, sea calificado con criterios estandarizados y sea derivado al canal comercial correcto. El objetivo final es aumentar la tasa de conversión del funnel y reducir el esfuerzo improductivo del equipo de ventas.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar el primer contacto con leads entrantes vía WhatsApp Business y llamada telefónica dentro del SLA definido (24-48h).
- Aplicar el banco de preguntas de calificación específico por producto y modelo de negocio (B2C equipos, B2B consumibles).
- Clasificar cada lead según su nivel de interés, perfil profesional, volumen de procedimientos, presupuesto estimado y horizonte de compra.
- Registrar toda la información de calificación en el sistema definido (Sheets en fase inicial, migración a Salesforce prevista).
- Derivar leads calificados (SQLs) a la fuerza de ventas B2C o al equipo de inside sales B2B con contexto completo de la calificación.
- Identificar leads no calificados y asignarlos al flujo de nurturing automático para seguimiento por email y remarketing.
- Reportar semanalmente las métricas de calificación al BDM, incluyendo volumen de leads contactados, tasa de calificación, motivos de descarte y SQLs generados.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing de México en la retroalimentación sobre calidad de leads por campaña y por producto.
- Participar en reuniones semanales de alineamiento con el equipo de Biz Dev Brasil para compartir aprendizajes y estandarizar procesos.
Calificaciones
- Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en funciones de prospección, calificación de leads o inside sales en empresas B2B.
- Conocimiento de CRM (Salesforce preferido, HubSpot o Pipedrive aceptables).
- Manejo de WhatsApp Business como canal comercial.
- Familiaridad con métricas de funnel de ventas (MQL, SQL, tasa de conversión, SLA de contacto).
- Español nativo. El inglés es una ventaja competitiva.
- Experiencia previa en la industria dental, dispositivos médicos o salud.
- Haber trabajado en modelos de venta directa (B2C) y distribución (B2B) simultáneamente.
