Credential Analyst - All applicants must read the job description

Job Title

Under general direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel Services, to perform, plan, organize, and supervise a variety of highly skilled and specialized work of a technical and clerical nature related to personnel functions; to be the District liaison in the credential application process, and the renewal of credentials for certificated personnel; to aid and provide leadership in the planning, organization, and conducting of recruitment, selection, seniority and employment processes; to assist in the planning, organization, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive personnel record management, storage, and retrieval system; to assist with the implementation of policies and procedures; to assist with collective bargaining and grievance procedures; provide information and assistance to District staff, applicants and the general public relative to personnel matters; may direct the work of others and to do other related functions as directed.

Requirements / Qualifications

Three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience or any combination of training and/or experience, that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Education equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade. Must be able to pass the Etiwanda School District Typing Exam at a corrected net speed of 40 wpm and the Clerical written exam. AA Degree and three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, including some experience working in a school district or personnel office.
