The nurse will work night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a progressive care setting. Experience working with a patient ratio of 5 is preferred. The nurse will administer medications, perform assessments, and monitor patient conditions. Experience with managing various medical devices and procedures is essential. Candidates must have experience with charting using EPIC. The nurse must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. The position requires flexibility to float to other units based on patient needs. Travel experience is mandatory for this role.
