Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for maximum flexibility while you continue to liaise with our school-based clients. As part of our school facility program, you will engage with students, teachers, and parents to promote mental wellness in an educational environment. You will also enjoy a structured work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance. A supportive management team is available to assist you and address any concerns you may have in your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and appropriate interventions to support client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to guarantee cohesive care for students.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at empowering clients with coping strategies and resilience-building techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning interventions as necessary.
