Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing support within a school setting. The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in a setting that encourages collaboration and innovation while prioritizing patient welfare and therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, weaknesses, and available resources, enabling tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, complete with measurable goals and interventions that align with clients’ unique needs and conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical situations.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring comprehensive records of client progress and therapeutic outcomes.

As an LCSW at our center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
