Located in the heart of Provincetown, our restaurant is known for its upscale dining experience, innovative American cuisine, seafood, and exceptional service. Seasonal Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and plating.
• Create seasonal, locally inspired, and innovative menus
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Seasonal Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
• Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season.
