Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health challenges and determine the appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized therapy plans tailored to each client's specific issues, goals, and progress.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive client care, including sharing insights and treatment updates in team meetings.

• Provide education and support to clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, assisting them in understanding mental health issues and the recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
