Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a collaborative legal practice focused on business litigation and environmental litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent legal writing and analytical skills, and experience handling pleadings, discovery, legal research, and motion practice. Responsibilities

• Handle business and environmental litigation matters in collaboration with experienced attorneys.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage discovery-related matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare persuasive legal analyses.
• Assist with motion practice and develop litigation strategies.
• Deliver high-quality legal work while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated legal aptitude.
• Experience drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, and handling motion practice.
