Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches tailored to client needs.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Leverage teletherapy technologies to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards pertinent to mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training, and peer supervision, enhancing your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other emotional and psychological issues. Your role will involve building trusting therapeutic relationships to foster healing and personal growth in a wide array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to practice with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient case management.

Preferred Experience\n
