ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) . Are you ready for your next best job where you can elevate your financial future? You will attend our award‑winning training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions that improve employee lives across the hire‑to‑retire spectrum. You will build relationships with Human Resources and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes at once, document them, and guide new business through implementation until it is up and running. As deals close, you will earn industry‑leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and awards. Leaders will back your desire to advance and provide ongoing sales training. What You’ll Do Grow our business within a protected territory by implementing a top‑down sales strategy. Turn prospects into loyal, referral‐generating clients by recommending the right solutions to meet their real business needs. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross‑selling cloud‑based human resources solutions and cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. To Succeed in This Role Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, able to cold‑call without fear of rejection, and skilled at prioritizing and multi‑tasking. Strategic closer: established network, experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales, and a proven track record of closing sales and managing territories and relationships. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation ranges from USD $44,800.00 to USD $97,200.00 per year, and actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
