Sales Lead (Health Plans)

Compensation $150-$250k with variable compensation Role As a Sales Lead, Health Plan vertical, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new health plan programs. You will be a Yuzu evangelist. You learn the Yuzu Way and bring a better TPA platform to likeminded Plan Designers and health programs. You will source leads. You will lead RFPs. Yuzu will run demos. You will solve prospects' needs. You will collaborate with the broader Yuzu team to push our platform forward. Qualifications You have your finger on the pulse of the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of the health plan landscape. You have experience sourcing and closing health plan customers. You have to be an ethical and compassionate person. You have to want to win. You have to care about the team. Experience in the TPA industry is a plus, but not required.
