Accounts Receivable Fast growing real estate investment company in Orange County, NY looking for Accounts Receivable. We are only about a 30-minute commute from Northern New Jersey. The Accounts Receivable primary purpose is to directly manage our accounts receivable and provide accounting and financial assistance to the Financial Reporting group for a commercial real estate investment company. Location: Florida, NY Job Id: 128 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Maintains and updates customer files Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment. Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
