Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients to create a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, including individuals, couples, and families, to assess their progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
