Utilizing telehealth tools, you will conduct assessments, follow-ups, and therapeutic sessions securely and efficiently from your home office.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual consultations to determine the nature and severity of clients' mental health issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the unique therapeutic needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize the latest methodologies and therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, to foster effective client engagement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Refer clients to additional mental health services or specialists when necessary, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your counseling skills and knowledge of mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Possess current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to receive such licensure.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create rapport and trust with clients, facilitating effective therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated ability to customize therapy techniques and interventions based on individual client assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is preferred, given the remote nature of this position.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and cultural competency in addressing the needs of diverse populations.

• Previous experience in an outpatient practice or community health setting is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
