Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our US K12 tutoring business and global language school. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment, brand awareness, and business growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and the education industry, with experience in both B2C and B2B marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the US K12 tutoring business, covering online Math, ELA, Mandarin, and learning centers. Lead the marketing strategy for the global language school, including ESL and Mandarin programs, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution to enhance visibility and engagement across multiple channels (digital, social media, content marketing, PR, paid advertising, etc.). Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies to increase enrollments and revenue. Manage the development of compelling marketing content and creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI tracking. Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment with business goals. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech, education, or consumer-focused industries. Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution that drives business growth. Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and brand development. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred. Familiarity with the K12 education market and/or language learning industry is a huge plus. Why Join Us?
