As a Financial Services Trainee, you'll work with individuals and families to help them understand their options for life insurance, retirement planning, and financial protection. You'll be supported through training and mentorship while developing valuable business, communication, and leadership skills.

This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who are coachable, ambitious, and motivated by personal growth and helping others.

No prior industry experience is required. Training is provided.

$50,000 at plan commission performance-based

• Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals
• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning options
• Help clients identify strategies to protect their income, family, and future
• Conduct appointments virtually and in person
• Assist clients through the application and underwriting process
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Relationship building and direct outreach
• Educational workshops and events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Must be coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable using social media and online communication tools
• No prior financial services experience required; training provided
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a financial and criminal background check
• Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License
• DFW-area candidates preferred; remote opportunities available nationwide
