This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, along with a hire-on bonus for successful candidates. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating crisis interventions and positive behavior plans as necessary.

• Timely completion of all necessary documentation in adherence to regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by our multidisciplinary clinical team to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

• Collaborate with team members and programs to formulate and implement behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of practice to align with industry benchmarks.

• Act as a liaison with relevant state agencies and community partners to strengthen service delivery and ensure a network of support for clients.

• Foster open communication channels with stakeholders to meet program standards and advocate for client needs within the wider community.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and relevant professional gatherings, enhancing personal expertise and agency representation.

• Uphold and promote the organization’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and professional conduct.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of a diverse population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide empathetic support and expert guidance that enables clients to navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• An Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and facilitate healing dialogues.
