$19.00-$20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio – West Side (onsite)

Contract – 2-3 Weeks, with Potential to Move into a Temp-to-Hire Role

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to authorized service centers and repair shops to verify and update contact information – email addresses, physical addresses, and other account details
• Touch base with existing and former service centers to check in, answer questions, and offer assistance
• When a service center indicates they no longer want to work with the company, gather their feedback professionally and document it for the team – this is about listening, not retaining
• Document call outcomes, updated information, and feedback accurately in Excel and internal files
• Maintain and clean up records to ensure information is accurate, organized, and current
• Follow established processes for documenting calls and routing relevant feedback to the appropriate team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking professionally with business contacts – inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience translates well
• Strong active listening skills – this role is about gathering information and building rapport, not pitching or persuading
• Proficient in Excel with accurate data entry skills – you’ll be documenting everything you gather
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated – able to work independently and follow established processes consistently
• Professional, friendly, and positive – you handle a variety of conversations with ease and always leave a good impression
