Australia Country Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical/business fields. Experience: Solid sales or business development background in Residential ESS (户储) or C&I Energy Storage (工商储) within the Australian/ANZ market. Demonstrated capability in building market presence and sales channels from 0 to 1. Key Qualifications:

Deep familiarity with ANZ local energy policies, grid compliance standards, and channel distribution models.
Open to signing employment contracts via our Hong Kong entity.
Language & Cultural Fit: Mandarin Chinese language capability is required (for smooth alignment with HQ); fluent English for local business negotiation.
Personal Traits: Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, customer-centric, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. ANZ Market Expansion (0-to-1): Formulate and execute comprehensive market entry and sales strategies for Australia and New Zealand from scratch.

Channel & Client Acquisition: Build strong networks with major local energy storage distributors, EPC contractors, commercial project developers, and installer networks across the ANZ region. Consultative Sales & Revenue Achievement: Drive sales of Residential and C&I Energy Storage products; achieve regional sales targets and manage sales pipelines from lead generation to deal closure. Cross-Border Coordination: Serve as the strategic liaison between ANZ local clients and internal HQ teams (R&D, supply chain, technical support) to align project timelines, product compliance (e.g., Clean Energy Council listings/certifications), and delivery. Brand & Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regional associations to establish brand awareness and customer trust.
