Country Manager

Requirements
- Strong B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience in Turkey.
- Experience selling directly to pharmaceutical manufacturers is highly preferred.
- Background in pharmaceutical packaging, pharmaceutical glass, APIs, raw materials, medical packaging, equipment, or related industries is desirable.
- Proven success in new customer development and revenue generation.
- Strong commercial negotiation, customer relationship management, and market development skills.
- Good understanding of the Turkish B2B market.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey and, when required, surrounding markets.
- Native or professional-level Turkish and good business English.
- Experience building a market, business unit, or sales team is an advantage. - Develop the company’s business and revenue in Turkey and surrounding markets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication and follow-up.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and cooperation models.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Manage sales activities, customer visits, sales pipelines, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with headquarters and internal teams on pricing, supply chain, delivery, and technical support.
