Leasing & Community Operations Coordinator

The Role Culdesac is expanding our team! We are looking for a dynamic, full‑time Leasing and Community Operations Coordinator to join us on‑site at our Culdesac Tempe neighborhood office. In this role, you will be the face of our community, bridging the gap between innovative leasing sales and exceptional neighborhood hospitality. You will play a pivotal part in growing our community—driving lead generation, guiding prospective residents through our unique neighborhood, and ensuring our current residents love where they live. Schedule & Availability We are looking for the right cultural fit and are open to hiring for this role as either a Full‑Time (FT) or Part‑Time (PT) position. Because neighborhood operations never stop, Monday and Saturday coverage is our highest priority. Full‑Time (5 days per week): Your schedule will focus on our peak community days: Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will get Sundays off, plus one consistent mid‑week day (like Wednesday or Thursday), with flexibility to collaborate on what works best. Part‑Time: We offer great schedule flexibility for the rest of the week, but your availability must include Mondays and Saturdays. Requirements Experience with lead generation and attracting prospects, nurturing them to convert into residents; ideally 1‑2 years in the industry. Experience providing exceptional customer service and diffusing difficult situations; able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with CRM software and a property management environment is a plus. Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for understanding our brand and sharing it with new prospects. Willing to work on‑site and able to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds; able to walk extended periods, use stairs, sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop. Weekend and some evening hours required. Prioritizes a lifestyle leveraging public transportation, micromobility and other alternatives to private cars.
