Accounts Receivables Associate

Job Title: Accounts Receivables Associate Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension) Address: Nashville TN 37214 Payrate: $25/hr. on W2 Shift timing: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (Hybrid Job) Additional Manager notes This role will involve managing a complex portfolio of customers across Scandinavia, the Middle East, the Far East, and the U.S. Government. Success in this position requires strong written communication skills, as most external customer interactions are conducted via email. The individual must also demonstrate intuitive thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with a solid foundation in basic Excel functions, including downloading and organizing data, sorting, using VLOOKUP, and creating simple pivot tables. Internal communication will take place through a mix of Zoom meetings, email correspondence, and in-person interactions, requiring flexibility and clarity across multiple communication channels. Max pay rate $25/hourly This role will transition to a hybrid schedule following the initial training period, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant work experience to be considered. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility as needed. Once the hiring manager is ready to move forward, selected candidates will be invited to participate in 45-minute phone interviews. Job Description Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision. Key Responsibilities Processes payments made by customers. Prepares statements of accounts for customers. Answers basic customer inquiries. Prepares analysis of accounts. May conducts root cause analysis oflate payments and suggests process improvements. Assists in preparing month end reporting. Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement. Performs other duties as assigned.
