This role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our interdisciplinary team. Despite the remote nature of this position, you will engage in regular virtual team meetings and supervision sessions to collaborate and strategize on client care. Opportunities for in-person team events and professional development sessions will also be available.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, to address diverse client needs.

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing chronic illness, grief, end-of-life transitions, and various mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. Your expertise will assist clients in managing their emotional and psychological needs, fostering resilience and coping strategies during challenging times. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license to practice clinical social work in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in hospice care or working with end-of-life support is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress is also beneficial. While at least two years of clinical experience is preferred, new graduates with relevant internship experiences are encouraged to apply and receive mentorship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
