Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans that align with each client's needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services, addressing urgent mental health issues and supporting clients in their time of need.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards while ensuring quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices through continuing education, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a variety of clients including adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will tailor your approach to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of each client, creating a safe space for healing and support.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
\n
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

• Dedication to upholding ethical and professional standards within clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is preferred but not mandatory for those new to the practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
