An SAE with bread & Butter is dialed into the teams’ accounts and clients’ needs, a problem solver, an inspiring leader, and a keeper of long-standing, meaningful relationships with key media and industry leaders. Available Opportunity: A Senior Account Executive for bread & Butter is responsible for managing and answering the needs of the client daily. Senior Account Executives serve as representatives of the company and as liaisons between the company and the client. Senior Account Executives oversee the work of Assistant Account Executives and report to the Account Supervisor. Here’s What We Need: 3-5 years of post-undergraduate, full-time PR experience in hospitality and/or travel required, preferably with agency vs. in-house. Enjoys crafting tailored, effective comprehensive media plans and pitches that are creative, thoughtful and help move clients toward their goals. Possesses and knows how to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level regional and national print, online, and broadcast media important to clients. A passion for cultivating talent and helping our teams grow. How can we be better? Appreciates the art of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. The devil is in the details. Media junkie - there’s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen. Leads teams by example, showcasing professionalism, punctuality and problem solving while maintaining a sense of humor. Has the ability to really dig deep into client goals to secure meaningful and impactful press placements that drive business and make B&B invaluable to our clients and to media. Be the sounding board and resource for clients, leading the teams on calls, in meetings and knowing when to shift course to get back on track. A Senior Account Executive will spend time in meetings and briefings. Occasional travel might be required for client visits and planning. This position is considered sedentary to light work, and employees are not required to lift or move heavy objects. Though a Senior Account Executive’s commitment will tend to be standard office hours, deadlines or the demands of a client may see the Senior Account Executive working nights or weekends to ensure continued success.
