Responsibilities That Make an Impact As an Assistant Brewer at Manhattan Project Beer Co., you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: Brewing and Production Assisting the production staff with brewing systems workflow (50 bbl, 30 bbl, 3 bbl, 10 gal). Monitoring product in process and fermentation. Quality and Innovation Conducting daily measurements, sensory analysis, and making process decisions to ensure exceptional quality. Participating in product development tastings and sensory panels. Maintenance and Operations Operating and maintaining the centrifuge, CIP skid, and other equipment. Driving and operating forklifts and scissor lifts to support production. Keeping It Clean and Organized Maintaining a clean and organized production area that reflects our commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate: Has the desire to become a professional brewer and a passion for the craft. Thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (ability to lift up to 55 lbs). Excellent problem-solver with strong organizational skills. Follows safety protocols and maintains attention to detail in every step of production. Your Schedule Our team works hard to deliver exceptional beer while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule includes: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
