Campus Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Location: This position requires in-person presence at one of our campus locations. Alpha takes a different approach. In this role, you will be front and center throughout the day: welcoming families at the door, troubleshooting technology, managing smooth arrivals and departures, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the campus environment feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary trusted contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication. Take ownership of daily campus operations, including morning arrivals, afternoon dismissals, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, meal logistics, campus cleanliness, event management, and facilities follow-through. Address safety protocols and student welfare matters, including building access, emergency drills, health‑related incidents, record‑keeping, and family notifications. Oversee student technology and essential campus systems, including device provisioning, user account assistance, basic troubleshooting, backup processes, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support. Develop trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding organizational standards. What You Won’t Be Doing Staying out of sight in an office while others manage the parent and student experience. Leading classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing academic curricula. Deferring every decision to a supervisor before taking action. Allowing meeting schedules to delay campus needs that require immediate resolution. Passing off responsibility for facilities, devices, vendors, or meal services to others. Campus Manager Key Responsibilities Deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming campus environment that builds trust with students, parents, and staff on a daily basis. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified) At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate Nice-to-have Requirements Experience in K-12 school operations, student information systems, facilities coordination, parent communication, or campus-based customer service Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
