Sales Representative, Joint Replacement - Richmond, VA

Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory results
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Provide product knowledge, training, and advice on joint replacement tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory control and prepare product implementation solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare/sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales control systems
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Adherence to AdvaMed compliance and ethical standards
