The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales for the West Coast territory. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and requires a high-performing, true hunter sales professional with a focus on enterprise healthcare clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. The role demands a proactive approach to prospecting, the ability to manage complex sales cycles, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue and quota objectives. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical-related degree, and at least 5 years of successful enterprise healthcare IT sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in selling to large health systems, hospitals, or integrated delivery networks, and experience in healthcare technology, virtual care, digital health, AI, SaaS, or similar enterprise healthcare solutions. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and clinical decision-makers, as well as a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
