Researches, identifies, and resolves system/customer issues. Tests and implements program changes and new products and solutions. Assists in analyzing business conditions and developing policies. Coordinates with other departments and contractors to complete analysis, research design, development, conversion, and implementation of programs. Assists in the interpretation of financial writing/updating applicable Exchange Operating Policy (EOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and user guides. Conducts training associated with process improvements. Performs other duties as assigned.
