Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients aimed at improving mobility, enhancing strength, and facilitating recovery.
• Guide patients through tailored therapeutic exercises, stretching routines, and activities designed to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and proper exercise techniques, equipping them with home exercise programs that support their recovery journey.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapies, and heat or cold applications under appropriate supervision.
• Track and document patient progress methodically, evaluating range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functional gains.
• Prepare treatment areas efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to enhance patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Create a supportive and motivating environment by providing emotional encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards while respecting patient confidentiality and rights.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
