Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities File all previous day orders/invoices in customer files Attach file invoice copy backup Email/mail payment receipts and invoices to customers Answer accounting calls to collect delivery payments Process in/outgoing mail Open and date stamp all mail Distribute mail Add postage to all outgoing mail Mail all prior day customer invoices Process all outgoing packages (FedEx and UPS) A/R support Enter daily credit card/C2P deposits Assist with other AR duties when AR specialist is out 3-way match invoicing: receiver to purchase order to invoice. Any issues, work with the inventory supervisor and purchaser Forward non-inventory invoices out for approval Assist in check runs Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish required #J-18808-Ljbffr
