We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! Responsibilities Lead Daily Report & Payment Operations: Complete daily driver ticket reports, post cash receipts, apply payments in QuickBooks, and address discrepancies. Manage Accounts Payable: Enter, audit, verify expenses, and process payments in QuickBooks. Lead Customer Engagement: Handle payment collection and general inquiries via email and phone. Streamline Company Record Management: Scan, file, and maintain accurate records according to company standards. Work Schedule Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks and data entry General knowledge of standard accounting practices Strong multitasking skills Experience in customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
