Welcome to Farmers Insurance - Guettler Insurance Agency! We are a customer-service-oriented agency located near the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Join a supportive and dynamic work environment where your efforts will be recognized and rewarded. As part of the Customer Experience Team you'll be the friendly voice of our agency, assisting clients with their inquiries and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Depending on experience we offer a minimum of $43,000 base salary without bonuses or commissions. Candidates are expected to make over $65,000.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and addressing their inquiries
- Process policy changes and updates accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with billing and payment inquiries
- Educate clients about insurance coverage options and recommend and cross-sell suitable products
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance policies and regulations
- P&C licensed - Extra consideration is given to candidate who are life & health licensed or are willing to get licensed.
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
