Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage as a clinician with clients both over virtual platforms and within the community, providing assessment, therapy, and support for individuals experiencing significant emotional and mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with team members to develop and achieve common treatment goals, fostering an environment characterized by mutual respect and empathy.

• Implement evidence-based screening methods and refer clients for more comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring all care is tailored to individual needs.

• Contribute to organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives, sharing insights and experiences from direct client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
