Whether executing an IPO, follow-on, convertible bond, or more exotic derivative structures, ECM integrates BofAML’s expertise in Sales & Trading and in Investment Banking, offering clients advice and sophisticated solutions.Job Description:ECM originates, structures and executes the offering and as a member of the team, you will work through the whole process, supporting the origination and execution effort.
