Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine each child's needs and assist in the creation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, recommending tailored services based on child development status and family priorities.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and resources to families, ensuring they have the necessary information, skills, and strategies to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Facilitate open lines of communication with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain a nurturing and effective learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including the coaching model, to promote natural learning in the child's environment.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations while ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will support families in recognizing and addressing these challenges, collaborating with them to achieve developmental milestones during this critical early stage of life. Your expertise will impact children’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development, creating pathways for them to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with a current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license for potential field visits.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles, addressing the unique needs of each child and their treatment plans.

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration within the team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
