Customer Success Coordinator

Serving as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of Managed Services clients, the remote Customer Success Coordinator will manage onboarding, drive technology services adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction while actively identifying opportunities for account expansion. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to operational status Act as the first-line escalation support for customer issues, advocating for clients and managing continuous improvement initiatives Proactively manage customer relationships to monitor satisfaction, reduce churn risk, and promote additional services for account growth Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within IT services or managed services Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Cisco Webex, and Microsoft Teams Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including networking and server management Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated analytical skills for monitoring account health and reporting Virtual Vocations Inc
