Title: Temporary Executive Assistant to C-Suite Level Executives Job Description Overview Looking for an experienced, highly organized, collaborative, and responsive Executive Assistant to support C‑Suite Executives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior level executives in a fast‑paced environment. A CPG and/or luxury background is a plus. Responsibilities Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Senior Executive, including managing calendars, completing expense reports and submitting expenses for reimbursement, drafting communications, arranging travel plans, and preparing agendas. Plan, coordinate, prioritize, and ensure the Senior Executive’s schedule is followed and respected. Provide a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win‑win situations for direct access to the Senior Executive’s time and office. Communicate directly, and on behalf of the Senior Executive, with senior leadership, team members and others on matters related to schedule, planning and logistics. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Senior Executive’s office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support. Plan agendas, take notes, and communicate follow‑up actions following meetings. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow‑through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Plan monthly departmental events involving the Senior Executive, including but not limited to department‑wide meetings and meetings with key department team members. Qualifications 4+ years of executive/C‑Suite level support experience required. Expert level of skills in written and verbal communications. Outstanding and demonstrated organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and quality. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach to problem‑solving with decision‑making capability and a sense of urgency. A true team player with a highly collaborative mindset. Extreme discretion and confidentiality are required. Must be polished, articulate, and possess good judgment. Must have the ability to follow up on deliverables, as well as multitask and handle changes and shifting priorities in a positive and constructive manner. Location Tribeca, NY – Onsite Estimate Pay Rate $28‑30/hour. Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
