Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and sales tactics in field to meet or exceed KPIs and financial targets
• Develop and implement call plans optimizing coverage and frequency to maximize customer access and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying needs, solving challenges, and identifying disease state experts and advocates
• Conduct pre-call planning and post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance and close calls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health sector
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with expert-level credibility
• Proven sales success with strong presentation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
• Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
• Satisfaction of healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements and background checks
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and proficiency with business tools
