Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of individuals and family systems to assess functioning within various life domains, including work, family, and daily routines.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient and caregiver needs, formulating tailored care plans based on these evaluations.

• Engage in ongoing assessments, modifying care plans as necessary to accommodate the evolving needs of patients and their families, in collaboration with them.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in conjunction with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as crisis counseling and psychotherapy both in individual and group contexts, effectively addressing crisis situations as they arise.

• Regularly establish specific client goals and evaluate progress toward these objectives, ensuring adherence to the organization’s protocols and mental health care standards.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in a manner compliant with organizational and legal requirements, reducing paperwork to allow more focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
