Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, subsequently creating individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Provide individual therapy using diverse, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, according to each client's personal circumstances.

• Set therapeutic objectives together with clients, continuously monitoring their progress, adjusting treatment plans when necessary, and providing timely feedback.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may prefer or require virtual appointments due to geographical, physical, or personal constraints.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, which reflects our commitment to accountability and professionalism.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills, knowledge of emerging therapeutic practices, and techniques, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and stress management. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work closely with individuals from various walks of life, adapting your therapeutic approach to promote their growth and resilience in a nurturing, supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Display a high degree of empathy and compassion and maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' lived experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, effectively managing a diverse caseload while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While candidates with any level of experience are encouraged to apply, we prefer those who have at least two years of post-licensure counseling experience in an outpatient setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this role.
