Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), $550,000 (4-6 years), $600,000 (7+ years)
• Annual Bonus: Up to $75,000 based on performance metrics
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000
• Vacation: 176 hours/year + 240-hour carryover limit
• Sick Leave: 120 hours/year
• Holidays: 11 paid days annually
• CME Allowance: $7,500/year

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a community-based vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
• Perform advanced vascular procedures, including aneurysm repairs, carotid surgeries, dialysis access, and limb salvage.
• Manage patients with medical therapy, lifestyle modifications, and minimally invasive interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology.
• Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and preventive care.
• Serve as a clinical faculty member, mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Contribute to program growth with future expansion plans and hybrid OR transition.

What You Need

• Valid Vascular Surgery board certification and medical license in Ohio
• Proven experience in open and endovascular vascular procedures

• Leadership skills and interest in program development
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
