Strategy Manager - Credit Risk Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to develop and implement credit risk frameworks that optimize risk and profitability and protect portfolio stability. The role partners with Product and Marketing teams to shape credit card and consumer lending products, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth through data-driven analytics. Work Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania Work Mode: Onsite Salary Range: $115K - $135K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale.
