Work Environment\n

This LPC position operates in a fully remote outpatient office setting, providing flexibility to interact with patients via teletherapy and in-person consultations as required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes that include diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, making informed recommendations to primary care providers regarding patient treatment goals.

• Develop and implement brief therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing immediate mental health needs, facilitating access to long-term care as necessary.

• Collaborate with the primary care team to recognize, treat, and manage complex mental health and psychosocial issues, ensuring that appropriate referrals are made to specialty facilities when required.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Create and implement relapse prevention plans tailored to individual patient needs, helping clients maintain stability in their daily lives.

• Support at-risk patients by designing interventions that aim to prevent exacerbation of their conditions.

• Document patient interactions, progress notes, and diagnostic information accurately in our electronic health record system.

• Educate and empower patients to adopt self-management techniques and make informed choices about their care.

• Work closely with clinic management to enhance program evaluation and improve behavioral health services offered at our center.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
