Healing Journeys Marriage & Family Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health counselor to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adult clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Work Environment\n

This is a full-time telehealth position that offers you the flexibility to create your own schedule within a Monday to Friday framework, from 9 am to 5 pm. We prioritize a supportive and collaborative virtual environment, where you will receive operational and clinical support from leadership and colleagues alike. As part of a tech-enabled care model, you will utilize an easy-to-navigate electronic medical record (EMR) system, which integrates treatment software, assessment tools, and crisis protocols, streamlining documentation and enhancing your effectiveness as a provider.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to promote improvement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers, other counselors, and support staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize automatically administered self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Participate in weekly clinical consultation sessions to share insights, receive guidance, and enhance therapeutic techniques and professional competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Healing Journeys, you will primarily serve a diverse range of adult clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. We firmly believe in a culturally responsive approach and encourage practitioners to provide care that respects the uniqueness of each individual's background and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with relevant licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist is required.

• Strong commitment to working with diverse populations and a range of mental health disorders.

• Tech-savviness, with an eagerness to integrate digital solutions into clinical practice.

• At least two years of direct experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and related interventions to adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
