I am partnering with a leading European manufacturer of highly automated end-of-line packaging machinery and integrated automation solutions as they continue to expand their presence across North America.

With more than a century of engineering heritage, the business designs and manufactures advanced automated systems including case packing, cartoning, robotic palletizing, material handling, intralogistics and complete turnkey end-of-line solutions.

Operating internationally and supported by dedicated engineering and technical capabilities within the US, the company works with major manufacturers across Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Pet Food and other high-volume manufacturing environments.

As part of their continued growth across North America, we are looking to appoint a:

Regional Sales Manager – Southeast USA

The Regional Sales Manager will take responsibility for developing and growing sales throughout the Southeast, working directly with manufacturers to identify opportunities for new machinery, automation projects and complete end-of-line solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across the Southeast
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturers across the territory
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Sell capital equipment, automation systems and turnkey solutions
• Develop opportunities from initial concept through technical discussions, proposals, negotiation and contract award
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions
• Build strong relationships with plant, engineering, operations and senior management teams
• Maintain an active project pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
• Represent the company at customer sites, industry events and trade shows
• Travel throughout the territory as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are interested in speaking with commercially driven sales professionals with experience selling:

• Packaging machinery
• End-of-line automation
• Case packing / cartoning equipment
• Palletizing and robotics
• Material handling systems
• Industrial automation or similar engineered capital equipment

You should have a proven ability to develop new business, manage complex capital equipment sales cycles and build long-term relationships with manufacturing customers.
