We are currently seeking high-performing industry veterans to drive market penetration, secure strategic accounts, and elevate our brand positioning across the continent. Role Overview We are actively recruiting for multiple high-impact leadership positions to support our expanding network. Depending on your background, available roles include: Manufacturer Background Focus: Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and National Sales Director. Distributor Background Focus: Major Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and National Sales Director. Our staffing requirements are highly targeted; we are specifically seeking candidates with established tenures at companies ranked among the world's top 30 tire manufacturers or the top 15 distributors in the United States. Key Responsibilities Drive aggressive revenue growth and market share expansion for Passenger Car Radial (PCR), Truck and Bus Radial (TBR), and Off-the-Road (OTR) product lines across designated regional territories or national accounts. Oversee and streamline direct factory shipment business, ensuring seamless supply chain execution from factory to key accounts. Develop and execute strategic business plans, sales forecasting, and comprehensive competitive analyses. Cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships with major distributors, retailers, and commercial fleets. Collaborate closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and executive leadership teams to align sales strategies with corporate objectives. Required Qualifications Industry Pedigree: Verifiable sales leadership experience within a Top 30 global tire manufacturer OR a Top 15 US tire distributor. High-Volume Key Account Management: Proven track record in key account management, specifically managing clients that achieve monthly sales volumes exceeding 10,000 PCR tires and 2,000 TBR tires (experience managing OTR accounts is highly advantageous). Supply Chain Expertise: Hands-on experience executing and managing direct factory shipment business is strictly required. Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of the North American tire market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitor landscapes. Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Travel: Ability to travel extensively (50%+) to meet with key clients, attend industry trade shows, and participate in corporate alignment meetings.
